On the nose, toffee, overripe red fruits, apple pie, and oxidized rose. The palate is gorgeously dense and creamy, full bodied vanilla and a hint of raisin. The finish balances out this sweet viscosity with a slightly dry mint tone and notes of nutmeg and cardamom. Start to finish, every moment of this batch is solid. It’s full circle and balanced.

This is our once-a-year release of our Limited-edition Madeira Finish. Our 2022 and 2023 batches were awarded a Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and our 2024 won best finished bourbon at the New Orleans Bourbon Festival. Due to the once-a-year release of this incredibly small batch, product is very limited.
